Before the trail launched, we asked creatives from all over the UK to submit a design for the great Waddle of Worcester. We were inundated with fantastic artwork (331 submissions to be exact!) and had the challenging job of narrowing this down to a shortlist of just 100. Our trail partners and sponsors then chose their favourite designs, before being paired up.

For chosen artists, designers and illustrators, the art trail offers an exciting opportunity to have their work showcased to a mass audience and in a truly unique way. They have played a pivotal role in bringing our penguins to life; spending hours and hours of hard work developing their concept and painting their sculpture. And we’re sure you’ll agree that they look incredible!
