Our sculpture was inspired by numeracy which empowers, like an emperor, unlocking & interlocking learning potential.

Our Emperor penguin is numeracy and hexagon-themed to symbolize connectivity, equality, and learning. An Emperor penguin lets us highlight their eco-plight, and an emperor is an empowering leader: empowerment is important, it gives our Young Adult Learners the confidence to achieve.

We’ve used numeracy to encourage learning, not just for young people but adults too! Numeracy is a skill for life and Multiply numeracy courses allow people to boost their skills.
